Interior Designer Project Lead, c£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, East Kilbride

Bell&Swift are an established dynamic interior design studio based in East Kilbride, near Glasgow who specialise in designing quality, creative solutions predominantly with the hotels and hospitality sectors. Now in their 5th year in business, they continue to forge an excellent reputation in their chosen markets, along with being an authentic brand who are renowned for the delivery of an excellent client experience.

Bell&Swift have established themselves as the go to consultancy for branded large-scale commercial refurbishment, working with well knows organisations including Marriott, Accor, Hilton along with other international hotel brands. As a result of this continued success and growth they are now looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Interior Designer Project Lead. This will be a key role part of the thriving team to take the ownership of the delivery of some fantastic projects.

The role is highly project focused, from creating concept designs in collaboration with the Creative Director through to engaging with the client and managing the implementation stage.

You will be fully accountable for every aspect of the project from concept and developed design through to technical design, specification and delivering projects to completion with construction site services.

You will have a minimum of 5 years high end UK interior design experience, having worked on large scale commercial projects. Key will be the proven track record of managing projects end to end and excellent commercial acumen. You will bring strong attention to detail, be assertive in style and have a relentless focus on excellent client engagement.

You will be an outgoing and engaging individual, with excellent organisational and people management skills.

Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential as well as strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
