Our client is a dynamic interior design studio based in East Kilbride, near Glasgow who specialise in designing quality, creative solutions for the hospitality industry.
They have an excellent reputation in this niche market and have recently won some significant new contracts which include -

They are looking for an Associate Interior Designer to join the team at this
very exciting time to work with them as they continue to establish and grow
their business.
This is a new senior role which will be a key part of the management team working alongside the Director’s to deliver fantastic projects, pitch for new work and develop project leads. A key accountability will be the ability to manage the day to day running of the studio, ensuring the team deliver the highest quality of work.
The role offers a great balance between shaping the strategic direction alongside being hands on leading on key projects, from concept through to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have around 8 years interior design or fit out experience, having worked on large scale commercial projects ideally within hotels or hospitality.
You will be strategic, but equally happy to manage projects end to end and will have excellent commercial acumen.
An important aspect of the role will be to be as client point of contact and to be on site on a regular basis to monitor progress.
You will be an outgoing and engaging individual, with excellent organisational and people management skills.
