Fire Door Sales Associate
Glasgow (Whiteinch) based Russell Timber Technology is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of timber and alu-clad windows and doors.
RainbowHR are assisting them to recruit an experienced Fire Door Sales Associate who will be responsible for establishing and growing their fire door sales presence in the UK.
This is a stand alone position, reporting to the group MD that offers a truly varied and hands on role and is based in Glasgow with UK travel.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Develop and execute a sales strategy
➢ Foster and build relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, building
contractors, fire door installation teams, local housing associations and registered landlords
➢ Provide guidance and support to team members and partners
➢ Stay current with industry trends and regulations
We are looking for around 5 years’ experience in a consultative sales role within the building and construction industry, demonstrating a successful track record of business development, sales, and client retention. The role has a balance of 60% new business sales / 40% pipeline development.
You will bring a strong understanding of fire door compliance legislation and fire safety regulations together with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
As there is travel within the UK you must have a valid UK driving licence and be comfortable with overnight stays.
The role pays a competitive, negotiable salary from £45,000 with bonus in the region of 10% plus benefits package ,together with 29 days holidays which can increase by a further 2 days with service, there is plenty of on street parking around the office in Glasgow.
