Office Manager to £30,000, East Kilbride
Bell and Swift is a dynamic interior design studio based in East Kilbride, near Glasgow who specialise in designing quality, creative solutions for the hospitality industry. They have an excellent reputation in this niche market with an incredibly strong pipeline of work due to repeat business and recent, significant contract wins.
They are looking for an Office Manager to join the team at this very exciting time as they continue to increase the team and grow the business with new contract wins.
This is a new role which has responsibility for the entire running of a busy Interior Design office and will be working closely with the 2 Directors and supporting their small team.
The ideal person will be a highly experienced office manager, ideally with experience of working within an architectural or interior design firm and will be used to dealing with multiple tasks with competing deadlines, including –
- General management of the office
- Preparation of presentations
- Supporting the creation of compelling tender documents
- Organising travel
- Diary management
- Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn etc)
- Marketing
- Invoices
- Client enquiries
Ideally you will have experience of tendering and be able to pull tender requirements together and input into the tender/bid process. Excellent Microsoft Office package skills are a must, you will also be highly organised, professional and with the ability to deliver a high-quality output.
Salary will be up to £30,000 depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to shape and influence how the office runs.
