Glasgow based Russell Timber Technology is one of the UK’s leading companies offering Design, Manufacture, Supply, and Installation of precision engineered timber and alu-clad windows and doors for new build and refurbishment housing projects.
As a result of continued growth and a very healthy order book, we are assisting them to recruit a Production Support Administrator.
The department is responsible for -
· Purchasing and stock control of materials
· Despatch of completed goods
· Liaising with customers and suppliers
This is a fast-paced position where attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving and understanding of time critical work is vital.
The hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, the role is based in the Head Office at Whiteinch, Glasgow.
You must be an experienced administrator with a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels together with excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

The role is paying a salary up to £23,000, depending on experience, there is free parking at the office.
